What should I consider when applying hand sanitiser gel?

Apply 3-5 ml to dry hands. Rub into the hands and the backs of the hands, and remember also to rub the gel into your thumbs, between your fingers and into your nails and cuticles. Do the same with both hands and ensure that your hands are damp for at least 30 seconds before they start drying.
