Apply a thin layer of Depend base coat. Allow it to dry.
Next apply two thin coats of 7day no 7013 and let it dry.
Step 2
Use the brush, 6640 Decoration Tools, and apply a glitter polish, for example no 70065 and 70066, on half the nail.
/ Result
Choose one or two nails, preferably ring finger and index finger. Apply a thin layer of O2 Matte top coat. For the remaining nails apply a glossy top coat.
